I have used Minitool Partition wizard for several years now to:
---wipe a drive
---clone a drive that is non-failing
---clone a drive to an SSD
---repartition or change formats

What works well:
---cloning to an ssd

What does not:
---wiping a drive. Often I will grab a supposedly wiped drive to refurbish a machine and find Windows and user data still present! So not good!

Hello, I have just tried with windows XP :
I was able, directly inside Windows XP, to remove the 3 parts partition on my hard drive located in a usb drive. ;)
But I have not able to merge my 3 parts partition (feature only available on the paying version.

Short article about Partition Wizard at http://lifehacker.com/5510455/partition-wizard-manages-and-fixes-your-hard-drive-for-free .

Quote: '...Partition Wizard is fairly close in looks and function to EASEUS Partition Master, with the big difference being that Partition Wizard's free Home edition works on 64-bit systems, while EASEUS only offers 64-bit support in its paid editions'
