I like Trello, but was a little bit concerned about the security. So I am switching it to pm tools that can be self-hosted. I compare the features and workflow of Jira and ZenTao, and chose the later for it supports the whole lifecycle of software development. Just a thougt.
I’ve tried almost every project-management platform on the market, and nothing came close to the intuitive user experience I get with Trello. It’s the little things that make it so great. Like setting due dates to tasks, checklists, color-coded labels and adding specific members to each task. I also love the integrations with Google Drive and and InVision. Super handy.
I guess the only drawbacks for a free users are obviously the limited storage space (2GB) and the limited number of included power-ups. I wish they’d add more power-ups.
Using it for over 2 years with my startup - helps us keep things very organized with our remote development teams.
Generally, great piece of software. What would be good to share some PowerUps for free for personal usage.
It's good but I find it's got a bit of an old looking user interface.
Trello rules my life. Use it for everything, regardless of whether it's work or my spare time. It's simple, but that's exactly its strength.
Free, easy to use, intuitive design, efficient workflow, tons of useful integrations... :-)
Very slick app for sharing documents and free to use. Many features. I find navigating can be a little slow - ordering of documents and attachments could be easier (fewer clicks).
Its great and you can have a lot of flexibility.
Trello is a top project management tool. Simple and lightweight. A new users can get started in seconds.
Trello is a simple, lightweight, project management tool. It doesn't have everything needed to manage an entire project but it is helpful for organizing blacklogs and sprints.
Great khanban tool! Simple and effective.
The Windows 10 desktop app sucks... the notification's don't work and that's the only real benefit. Mine as well just stick to the email notifications ^ _ ^
This is by far the most useful web app I have bookmarked.
The level of attention to details in this product is insane. A million thumbs up to the people behind it <3
